This is the ultimate vision training system used by many well-known Olympians. It is designed to improve your ability to visually fix on clay targets. Using the included string, simply mount this special training ball on the ceiling of a room in your home with the height of the ball about one foot above eye-level. Stand about 8 feet away. While holding your head level and still, let the ball swing back and forth from side to side and follow the ball with your eyes only (don’t turn your head). Fix your focus on a letter or number, then quickly shift your focus to another letter or number. As the ball swings from side to side, shift your eyes from one letter or number to another, in a rhythm of 1 gaze every half second (2 letters/numbers per second). do this for 10-20 minutes and repeat three time s a week.
